Although it would appear that the year has been challenging for BSA Limited, the charirman appears to be pleased with the company’s performance.
Technical Design and Construction Projects seemed to have a difficult year which also impacted on Technical Maintenance Services. However they both still made a profit.
Technical Field Force Solutions were able to renegotiate the Foxtel contract, being awarded an extention to 2017 on the existing Metropolitan works contract as well as all regional work in Australia.
Stephen Nash resigned from the Managing Director role, the new Managing Director is Nicholas Yates.
Karl Nixon resigned from the Chief Financial Officer role and Nick Benson has taken on the role.

Net Profit: $3.8 million (2012: $5.8 million)
BSA delivered basic earnings of 1.64 cents per share (2012: 2.57 cents per share)
